On Steam, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 currently has a mixed reception in the user reviews section, with many players claiming that they’ve experienced frequent bugs and poor optimization so far.
“To say this is ‘rough’ is an understatement,” one of the user reviews reads. “Lighting doesn’t load in some cutscenes, those same scenes run at seconds-per-frame, audio desync issues up the wazoo, freezing, stuttering, and just about every other performance issue I can think of.”
